Aati Kya Khandala?
After a lot of hard work over the past few months, we treated ourselves to a company offsite recently in Khandala. 400+ Trippers boarded the Delhi-Mumbai Rajdhani on Thursday to meet with 100+ more from across offices and branches in Mumbai. The journey was action packed and all we can say is that train travel in India will never be the same…for some time!
We arrived in rainy Mumbai on Friday and while some huddled under umbrellas, some preferred getting drenched…like a traffic cop at the Mumbai Central said…”madam, paani hi toh hai”.
Three hours and a very smooth bus journey later, we were in Khandala! The rain gods were kind and the heavens behaved. The activities over the next two days included singing, dancing, talent shows, award ceremonies, and LOTS OF FUN!
Back at work on a Monday…refreshed, rejuvenated and ready for the next offsite!

At the onset, firstly I would like to express my deep felt gratitude and thanks to my company for such a priceless gift. During this trip, I got the opportunity to interact and meet a host of employees of my company. To meet so many people whom I mostly known through emails or telephone calls was an experience of a lifetime. However, meeting them in person gave me a much better understanding and deeper insight to their personalities, which will go a long way.
Furthermore, these type of trips definitely catalyze cementing bonds and promoting a sense of belonging.
